When should I book my photographer?
The best time to book is as soon as you have finalized your date. My schedule fills up quickly especially during wedding season, so the sooner the better.
Do you book more than one wedding on a given day?
I only book one wedding per day. This ensures all of my focus is on your special day.
What's the process like for booking you?
The first step is to check and see if I'm available on your date. Once we've chatted and decided that I'm a good fit, I require a non-refundable retainer that's equal to 50% of the estimated total cost of services in order to reserve your date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your wedding date.
How soon can we expect to see our wedding photos?
You can expect to get your photos 30 days after your wedding. I'll send a highlights gallery first which includes the best photos and tells the story of the day. A few days later, you'll receive the full gallery which contains all the other good shots, alternate angles of the highlight shots, as well as some black and white photos.
Can we order prints and albums through you?
Absolutely! You can order prints and albums directly from your online gallery. I work with professional quality labs that will really do your photos justice. You can also download your photos and have them printed anywhere you'd like. Just make sure to use a professional lab as places like Target, Walgreens, and Shutterfly will not make the photos look great.
Are you LGBTQIA+ inclusive?
Absolutely! I'm a strong believer that love is love and happy to shoot weddings for people of all backgrounds.
Do you photograph non-traditional commitment ceremonies?
For sure! It's your event and I am thrilled to photograph you and your special moment.
Will you help with the planning?
While the planning is up to you, I'm happy to offer suggestions and help you come up with the schedule for the day during our pre-shoot consultation. I'll also partner with your wedding planner if you have one. A week before the wedding, we will check in and make sure we are all set to get the photos you want.
What areas do you serve?
My packages include up to 1 hour of travel time from Fort Collins. That covers Estes Park, Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Boulder, and many other Northern Colorado and Front Range locations.
I charge $100/hour for travel beyond that first hour and will travel just about anywhere in Colorado. For locations outside of Colorado, contact me and let's chat.

What locations do you serve?
I'm based in Fort Collins but also serve Loveland, Greeley, Longmont, Boulder, Louisville, Erie, Lafayette, Lyons, Estes Park, and the rest of Northern Colorado and the Front Range area.
For travel more than 1 hour from Fort Collins, I charge a prorated $100/hour travel fee.
I don't know where I want my shoot. Do you have any ideas?
So many! I'm happy to help you choose a location that will be a perfect fit for your preferred vibe.
Are your services LGBTQIA+ inclusive?
Definitely! I love working with LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming folks. My services are also inclusive of poly relationships.
How long does it take to get my photos?
I will send you a link to your private gallery within 14 days of your shoot. This gallery will remain active for 30 days, so make sure you download your photos to your devices.
Can I order prints?
Yes! You can order prints directly from your online gallery or download the images and print them yourself, whichever works best for you. All of my services grant you unlimited download and print rights.
When is payment due?
I require a non-refundable 50% deposit up front in order to reserve your time. The rest of the balance is due after the shoot takes place and before delivery of photos.
Can my session be re-scheduled?
If a conflict arises, I'll make my best effort to reschedule your shoot. However, due to my tight schedule, I cannot guarantee my availability outside of our original time.
